Step 1 – Project Intro

- Owners call to discuss project details
- On site consultation
Step 2 – Preconstruction Agreement

- Pre construction agreement is created and pre construction fee’s are paid to start the process
- Timeline: ~2 weeks
Step 3 – Design Development/Preconstruction

- Plans are created and/or finalized
- Floorplan creation, Material selection, and renderings
- DRC Approvals obtained
- Budget is created
- Project Schedule is created
- Budget Review with Client
- City/County Building divisions approval of plans
- Timeline: Project Dependent
Step 4 – Project Agreement

- Construction Agreement Sent
- Deposit request sent
- Once Agreement is signed and deposit is received we will finalize the project start date
- Accounting Forecasting Shared
- All permits obtained
- Timeline: ~30 Days
