Project Manager
We are a quickly growing general contracting business, and want you to be a part of our expansion! The goal of this position is to grow with the business and manage multiple projects simultaneously ensuring client satisfaction and quality work is being produced.
In this role you will be in charge of running projects from beginning to end coordinating in house employees and subcontractors. Eberson Construction and Remodeling specializes in residential remodels and custom home builds so projects will vary from outdoor composite decks to full home remodels and new builds. Critical thinking is a large part of this role, as every remodel we face has special situations that arise. The project manager will be responsible for visiting job sites frequently, organizing tasks and schedules in the job tracking software, coordinating inspections, ordering materials, managing crews, ensuring client satisfaction, and representing the business with the highest level of integrity.
Projects are to be completed, through open lines of communication with all people involved, and always proudly representing the business and the tradesmen/women.

Crew Foreman
A crew foreman ensures work is completed with quality, safety, and on time.
This position will be working on site daily to produce work ranging from demolition to finish carpentry in the realm of remodels and home builds. Prior experience will be used to lead other crewman on site, and ensure projects are running smoothly.
Daily goals will include ensuring materials are on site and installed per specifications, organizing the job site to maximize efficiency, keeping the client’s vision in mind, and respecting all trade partners that you will be working with. He/she will also be leading the crew through daily tasks and moving the project forward through all stages from demolition to final touch ups.
